GANO, JR.: A good leader needs to step in and state that America is still the greatest country and will continue to be the greatest country and we will work through this crisis together and overcome. Everyone must do their part, which includes government, people, civic groups, churches, and charitabke organizations. TAYLOR: Do you consider yourself to be a leader? If so, in what way? GANO, JR.: I am an effective mediator and hopefully will be effective in getting Democrats to work effectively with Republicans to get legislation passed that is good for all Texans. TAYLOR: Other than yourself, who is the most effective leader you know alive today? GANO, JR.: I would mention Kay Bailey Hutchison for as a leader she is the best at making herself available to her constituents when they need assistance. She will be a great governor. TAYLOR: Why should Harris County-area voters choose you on Tuesday, November 4th? GANO, JR.: District 148 needs a leader that will be more responsive to the interests and needs of the community. I will not be beholding to any special interests. I want to repeal the new business margin tax and make sure that Texas is number one for attracting new businesses to move here and for existing businesses to stay here. |
