John Faulk - Republican Speaks: TAYLOR: How important is good leadership during times of crisis? FAULK: Good leadership is important in good times as much as in times of crisis. I am not sure that any of us living in America really appreciate how good life really is. My opponent has not provide good, bad, or indifferent leadership for the Texas 18th Congressional District. TAYLOR: Do you consider yourself to be a leader? If so, in what way? FAULK: I consider myself to be more of a servant than a leader. Having grown up in a "blue collar" family and neighborhood and having been an enlisted man in the Navy, it has been my job to get the project finished in a ship shape manner. I can lead and motivate any group. TAYLOR: Other than yourself, who is the most effective leader you know alive today? FAULK: The most effective leader is the mother and/or father that is leading his family to a better life. Anyone that is willing to give up things of value or pleasure to provide for his children and spouse is the greatest leader anywhere. We do not need a "leader" to solve our problems. We need to step up and take responsibility for our actions, our families, our neighbors and country. TAYLOR: Why should Harris County-area voters choose you on Tuesday, November 4th? FAULK: Hopefully, only voters in the Texas 18th Congressional District will be voting for me starting Oct 21 through Nov 4th. The legitimate voters of the TX 18 CD should voter for me because for the first time in 14th years I will provide them with the constituent services that they are due. |
